📦 Cleaning

To clean your down jacket, first and foremost, we recommend taking it to a dry cleaner for easier maintenance.

However, you can also care for your down jacket yourself by strictly following the instructions below.

Step 1: Washing

Hand washing with water and a little soap (the most delicate method)

Machine washing with two or three tennis balls or other clothes (to ensure the down is well fluffed). Use the synthetic (or wool/delicate) program and a temperature of 30° (no more). Add your usual detergent and start the wash cycle.

However, be careful to set a gentle spin cycle, as too strong a spin can create difficult-to-undo clumps of feathers.

Step 2: Drying

Drying can be done in the open air, laid flat on a drying rack (lying position, not on a hanger). Make sure the down jacket is exposed to air on both sides. Shake it, pat it, and turn it regularly to ensure good distribution within the baffles.

Tumble drying on a synthetic program with tennis balls and a few clothes to help tumble and air out the down jacket can be another solution.

Be careful never to dry your down jacket on a radiator.
